Faith Family Church’s Men’s Ministry exists to build a community of men focused on understanding and fulfilling our role as men, serving God together, and developing Godly relationships. The Men’s Ministry sponsor’s an event every month. We rotate between events that focus on Spiritual Growth, Service and Building Relationships. Here are some examples:
Spiritual Growth - Deepening our relationship with Christ with a Biblical perspective on a man's roles
Service - Providing help within the body of Christ, being His hands and feet in our local community and the world
Building Relationships - Relaxing and having fun together while reaching out to friends and neighbors
Men's Weekend 2011 - The theme of this year's Men's Weekend is "An Uncomfortable Truth". Here are the details:
Date/Time: Friday Aug. 12th, 6:30pm through Sunday Aug. 14, 9:30am
Location: Summit Lake Camp, 40 minutes north of FFC
Agenda: Food, Worship, Sports, Outdoor activities, Service Projects, Discussions About Sacrificing For Christ

Mission's Trips - Every year the men get together and find a place to serve Christ and man. We gather our tools and head out for a week of grueling labor for those who need a hand up. Men and boys ages 14 and up are invited.

Last summer the Men of the church went to to Georgia to assist Rebuilding Hope Ministries in fixing up the homes of families in need in Dalta Georgia. The men replaced a tin roof, fixed a floor on the verge of collapse, and did work on the ministry's facilities to construct an office.
The yearly men's mission trip is truly a life changing experience, and is an awesome oppertunity to serve.
