MEGA Day Camp is Faith Family Church’s approach to VBS. Children entering grades 1-6 are invited to MDC 2025!
At MDC each child chooses one track to participate in the whole week. Within each track, children will learn life skills, make new friends, and learn how to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ! |

Faith Family Church for our Mega Day Camp SHOWCASE on Friday evening from 5:30 - 6:15pm. You'll get a review of what the kids have learned and worked on all week, plus enjoy some FREE ICE CREAM! |

ART AWESOMENESS (CHILDREN ENTERING GRADES 4-6)
Five days of art craziness. We’ll create with paint, pastels, paper mâché, markers, paper, clay, string art and so much more! If you love art, this one’s for you.
ARTS+CRAFTS (CHILDREN ENTERING GRADES 1-3)
The perfect camp for your art-loving child. They’ll expand their creativity while exploring a variety of art mediums.
LET'S GROW TOGETHER (children entering grades 3-6)
We will learn about all different types of plants, what makes them grow, and the parts that make up a plant. We will also be makings some fun, creative vessels for you plants such as macrame, pottery and the use of recycled materials. If you love plants and want to get your hands dirty, sign up and “Lets Grow Together”.
GLAMOUR+GRACE (children entering grades 4-6)
Empowering girls to know their worth, have fun, and know they are God’s girl. The girls will learn about skin care, healthy habits, fashion, and giving back to the community.
GYMTASTICS (children entering grades 1-4)
Learn basic tumbling and gymnastic skills. Practice basic stunts and pyramid builds. Play all types of movement games and improve skills that a student already has.
NATURE EXPLORERS (children entering grades 1-3)
Kids will take a deep dive into God’s natural world: from meeting creatures, tracking and observing creature habits, making nature-based arts and crafts, playing games like scavenger and camouflage hunts, and walking and hike around the church grounds. At least one day we will enjoy activities with water. Through the week kids will be creating a Nature Journal to take home.
OUTDOOR GAMES (children entering grades 4-6)
Participants will play group games outside including kickball, wiffle ball, basketball, flag football and other activities. Participants will need to wear sneakers; slides and other shoes of that sort are not recommended.
WEIRD SCIENCE (children entering grades 3-6)
Join us as we delve into the fascinating world of science and uncover the beauty of God's creation. From creating colorful chemical reactions to exploring the bizarre properties of physics, there's something extraordinary waiting to be discovered every day in Weird Science.
YOUNG BUILDERS (children entering grades 4-6)
We will build all kinds of gadgets, gizmos, models, and more! The kids will gain some basic tool skills and exercise their problem-solving expertise as we have fun and learn about God’s design for our lives.
SHINING LIGHTS DRAMA (CHILDREN ENTERING GRADES 4-6
Join us for an unforgettable week in FFC's new Drama track, Shining Lights, designed to help young performers shine for Christ while deepening their personal faith. Inspired by the words of Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven," this camp is designed to encourage children to use their talents for God's glory. Throughout the week, campers will have the opportunity to participate in fun games as well as to audition for, rehearse, and perform a short play on Friday evening. Our focus will be on shining the light of Christ to the world around us.
EXTREME SEWING (CHILDREN ENTERING GRADES 4-6)
We will get acquainted with our sewing machines and practice basic skills before making fun crafts from basic templates: Potato pockets, sling bags, doggie bandanas, and possibly organizer baskets among others.
PLAYGROUND GAMES (CHILDREN ENTERING GRADES 1-3
Kids will play classic playground games like Hopscotch, Duck-Duck-Goose, Capture the Flag, Mother-May-I and much more. They will play games that teach basic skills for soccer, basketball and other sports games. Participants will need to wear sneakers. Flip-flops, slides, crocs, or other open-toed shoes are NOT recommended. We will let parents know if we plan to play some cooling water games during the week.
